As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the Middle East business, you will be involved in a wide range of key business processes and HR systems. These include recruiting, selection, and onboarding of both permanent training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee engagement programs, employee relations and compliance, data processing, reporting and management, communications and change management. In this position you will partner with the HR Director and the Retail leadership team to identify and develop efficiencies within the current team structure and processes. You will assist with recruiting efforts, ensure employee engagement maintains high, and be the point of contact for employee relations. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your knowledge across all Human Resource areas and will be influential in the success of the retail business. Luxury retail experience is essential.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
